Frequently asked questions
Should I convert HEIC to PNG or JPG?
PNG keeps every pixel, which is useful for editing or graphics work, but files are several times larger. For sharing and everyday use, HEIC to JPG is usually the better choice.
Why are my PNG files so big?
HEIC is a very efficient compressed format; PNG is lossless. A 2 MB HEIC photo can easily become a 15–20 MB PNG.
Are my photos uploaded?
