How do I remove duplicate lines from a list?
Paste the list with one item per line. The result updates immediately, keeping each line the first time it appears.
Does it keep the original order?
Yes. Duplicates are removed but the remaining lines stay in the order you pasted them. To alphabetize as well, use the Sort Lines tool.
Why are “Apple” and “apple” both still there?
Matching is case sensitive by default. Untick “Case sensitive” to treat them as the same line.
Is there a limit on how many lines I can paste?
No fixed limit — everything runs in your browser, so very large lists are only limited by your device’s memory.
