How do I save the invoice as a PDF?
Click “Save as PDF / Print”, then in the print window choose “Save as PDF” (or “Microsoft Print to PDF”) as the destination. On a phone, use the share or print option to save a PDF.
Is my invoice data saved anywhere?
No. Nothing is stored or sent to a server, so download your PDF before closing the page — there’s no way to reopen an invoice later.
Is an invoice from this tool legally valid?
Requirements differ by country — many require a tax ID, a sequential invoice number and specific wording. Add whatever your local rules require in the address and notes fields.
