Frequently asked questions
How do I extract pages from a PDF?
Choose your PDF, type the pages you want (for example 2-4), and click Extract pages. The new PDF contains only those pages.
What is the difference between extracting and splitting?
Extracting produces one new PDF with the pages you pick. Splitting cuts a PDF into several files — for that, use the PDF Split tool.
Does it change my original file?
No. The original stays as it is; you download a separate, new PDF.
Can I put the pages in a different order?
Extracted pages keep their original order. To rearrange them, use the Reorder PDF Pages tool afterwards.
Will bookmarks and form fields be kept?
The new PDF is built from the pages themselves, so document-level features such as bookmarks and interactive form fields may not be carried over. Page content — text, images and links on the pages — is preserved. Check the result if you rely on those features.
