Frequently asked questions
How do I change the page order of a PDF?
Choose your PDF, move pages with the arrow buttons until the list is in the order you want, then click Save new order.
How do I reverse the pages of a PDF?
Click “Reverse order”, then Save new order. This is handy for documents scanned back to front.
Can I also delete or rotate pages?
Use the Delete PDF Pages and Rotate PDF tools for that — each does one job well.
Does reordering affect quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, so text and images stay exactly as sharp as before.
Will bookmarks and form fields be kept?
The new PDF is built from the pages themselves, so document-level features such as bookmarks and interactive form fields may not be carried over. Page content — text, images and links on the pages — is preserved. Check the result if you rely on those features.
